A triangular office tower at the corner of Avenida Córdoba and Avenida Alem, between the old city center and Puerto Madero, facing the Río de la Plata. Its core runs along the south facade so the office floors stay open, and the design uses about twenty floor-plate variations, with triple-height terraces that work as green plazas in the sky. About seventy percent of the ground floor is planned as open public space and a garden that runs under the building. It targets LEED Gold.
Foster + Partners designed it with the Buenos Aires studio MRA+A (Mario Roberto Álvarez y Asociados) as local architect, and the design won an award at the 2022 Buenos Aires International Architecture Biennial. Construction started in October 2020 with a first target of 2023; in October 2025 it was still under construction. The Skyscraper Center estimates 153 meters from its 35 floors and expects completion in 2026. The developer has not been confirmed for this page.
