A 15-floor, 250,000-square-foot headquarters for the insurance company Amwins on the former Sharon Station site in SouthPark, about 69 meters tall. It has nine office floors above six parking levels, with shops at street level.
Construction is expected to take 24 to 30 months, and Amwins plans to move its more than 500 employees in before the end of 2028.
