An office tower at the corner of Avenida Corrientes and Esmeralda in downtown Buenos Aires, on the site of the Teatro Odeón, a theater from 1892 that was demolished in 1991. For many years after that, the lot was an open-air parking lot.
An Argentine law of 1959 requires a new building on the site of a demolished theater to include a similar theater. The tower was built with two open spaces that could become theater halls, but campaigners say no theater has opened. Dujovne-Hirsch designed it. The Skyscraper Center lists 125 meters and 32 floors and still shows it as under construction; a 2026 account describes the tower as built, so it now appears in the completed list. The completion year and developer are TBC.
