An 87-story office tower planned for Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Al Mustaqbal Street junction between Business Bay and DIFC. It is pitched as Dubai's tallest office tower, with Grade-A offices, five amenity floors (two of them for wellness) and a sky business centre on level 87 with lounges, a ballroom and an observatory pool.
LMD launched the project at the end of October 2026 with Christian A Rockefeller, a sixth-generation member of the Rockefeller family, represented by Iconique Living Group. It is the Rockefeller name's first real estate project. Devmark leads sales, and the initial construction cost is put at about Dh1.1 billion. No architect or construction start has been announced, and sales material points to handover in 2031.
