A 328.6-meter, 71-floor office and hotel tower in Qingdao, also known as Greenland Center Tower 1 or the Qingdao Deep Blue Center.
Construction began in 2016 with China Construction Eighth Engineering Division as main contractor, and the tower has topped out. The Skyscraper Center lists completion in 2026.
