The tallest tower of the business hub around Hangzhou West Railway Station, the high-speed rail station that opened in 2022. It is planned at 400 meters and 82 floors, with offices and a hotel.
Construction started in 2021, as part of a cluster of towers designed by gad around the station. No completion date has been published.
