An 85-floor condo and hotel tower at Yonge and Bloor in Toronto, Canada's first supertall. At 308.6 meters it passed First Canadian Place in 2025 to become the tallest building in Canada.
Work began in 2018 under Mizrahi Developments. The project went into receivership in 2023 and Tridel took over, and the tower has since topped out, with work on its crown and the outer wrap continuing in 2026. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2028.
