The tallest of a group of towers on the Mediterranean coast at New Alamein, Egypt's new summer city west of Alexandria. At 291.8 meters and 67 floors it is the tallest residential building in Africa.
Work started in 2021 and the tower has reached its full height. Several more towers of 145 to 175 meters are going up next to it in the Marina Alamein group.
